We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, store, transport, or guarantee any motorcycles listed on the platform. Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
Our role is to provide a platform where motorcycle enthusiasts can advertise motorcycles, connect with interested buyers, and arrange transactions independently.
By using KingDesert, you agree to follow these platform rules.
Who Can Use KingDesert
To use KingDesert, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Have the legal right to buy or sell motorcycles
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Safe Buying Guidelines
Before purchasing any motorcycle, we strongly recommend that buyers:

Always inspect the motorcycle in person whenever possible.
Verify Ownership
Ask the seller for ownership documentation and ensure the details match the motorcycle being sold.
Check Vehicle Information
Confirm the motorcycle’s make, model, year, mileage, and condition before completing a purchase.
Meet Safely
Arrange meetings in public places during daylight hours whenever possible.
Bring a Friend
If meeting a seller for the first time, consider bringing another person with you.
Trust Your Instincts
If a deal seems suspicious or too good to be true, proceed with caution.
Safe Selling Guidelines
To create a trustworthy marketplace, sellers should:
Provide Accurate Information
All listing information must be truthful and accurate.
Use Real Photos
Photos must show the actual motorcycle being sold.
Respond Professionally
Communicate respectfully with potential buyers.
Disclose Known Issues
Any major defects, accident history, or mechanical problems should be clearly disclosed.
Remove Sold Listings
Once a motorcycle has been sold, sellers should mark the listing as sold or remove it.
Prohibited Listings
The following are not allowed on KingDesert:

- Duplicate listings
- Motorcycle parts and accessories
- Illegal vehicles
- Counterfeit documentation
- Listings promoting scams or unlawful activity
Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice.
Payments & Transactions
KingDesert does not process payments between buyers and sellers.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging payment methods and completing transactions independently.
We encourage all parties to use secure payment methods and retain records of any transaction.
Communication Rules
Users must not:
- Harass or threaten other users
- Send spam messages
- Share misleading information
- Attempt fraud or deception
- Use offensive or abusive language
Accounts engaging in such activities may be suspended or permanently removed.
Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you encounter:
- Fraudulent listings
- Suspicious users
- Scam attempts
- Misleading information
Please contact our support team immediately.
We review all reports and may remove content or suspend accounts when necessary.
Limitation of Responsibility
KingDesert acts solely as a marketplace platform.
We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of listings
- The condition of motorcycles
- Agreements between buyers and sellers
- Payment disputes
- Vehicle inspections
- Transfer of ownership
Buyers and sellers assume responsibility for conducting their own due diligence before completing a transaction.
